SQL Developer & Analyst

About the role

As a SQL Developer & Analyst, you will build and sustain database-driven solutions that support core operations and reliable reporting. This role exists to translate business needs into well-structured data, applications, and insights that improve process efficiency. This position is an onsite role located in New Holland, PA.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and maintain SQL Server/T-SQL solutions
• Develop custom applications and reports (including Crystal Reports)
• Gather and document functional requirements
• Support and train end users on ERP and custom tools
• Monitor application performance
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately
• Coordinate priorities and delivery with the IT team

Requirements

• Experience with .Net (C#, VB), JavaScript, HTML, TypeScript, and Crystal Reports
• Bachelor's in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent certifications/experience
• 2+ years as a SQL Developer or Business Analyst (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows stack development, Crystal Reports, Windows Server, ERP management, and process design/flow charting
• Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel to Ohio sites multiple weeks per year
• Experience collecting and documenting end-user functional requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Macola ES software (preferred but not required)
