Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of production staff, including temporary assignments.
• Schedule staff, address disciplinary actions when required, and conduct performance appraisals and other employee relations matters.
• Review production levels to determine priority and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Monitor actual performance against targets and initiate corrective action to address negative variances.
• Maintain efficiency and quality standards on production lines.
