SPS Ultrasound Operations Leader
About the role
The SPS Ultrasound Operations Leader is responsible for leading the SPS team to ensure high-performance parts-availability performance at a competitive cost level, while effectively supporting specific business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the newly formed SPS Ultrasound Operations organization and unite teams across locations around a shared purpose and high-performance culture.
- Own end-to-end service-parts availability and supply-chain performance for Ultrasound businesses across regions.
- Drive planning, supply management, lifecycle optimization, and risk management to improve availability, reduce backorders, and strengthen resilience.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Service, Procurement, regional teams, suppliers, and field-service stakeholders to deploy and mature the BU-focused operating model.
- Grow parts sales and repair/recovery performance while building a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving, and AI-enabled decision-making.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Have 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 6+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence or equivalent.
- Have a proven track record of building and integrating teams, leading organizational transformation, and fostering a high-performance culture through change, with a customer-first, accountable, and growth-oriented mindset that drives continuous improvement, sustainable parts-sales growth, and effective influence across business, suppliers, and global matrix teams.

Pay
The pay range for this position is of $154,000.00 to $246,000.00 annually for Nashville, TN. The pay range for this position is of $173,000.00 to $275,000.00 annually for Bothell, WA.
Schedule
This is an office role. Employees are required to work in-person at least 3 days per week.
