Sprinkler Construction Fitter

Job Responsibilities

• Aid the foreman with the installation, service, and troubleshooting of automatic fire sprinkler systems and related equipment.
• Assist the foreman with the installation of fire sprinkler systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Learn and use project drawings to accurately interpret and install sprinkler system requirements.
• Thread and groove pipe, cut hanger rods, climb ladders, hang pipe, read blueprints, layout, keep a clean work area, and use appropriate equipment such as tools, lifts, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
