Spring & Summer 2027 Intern - Brand Design

About the role

You will contribute to a variety of creative projects and initiatives, both digital and print, providing quick and reliable graphic design support across a wide range of needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop various forms of media for print or digital use (e.g., web design, promotional social ads, marketing banners, event booths, eBooks, white papers, event collateral).
• Execute projects for online and print products that reflect Workiva’s brands and creative components.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team and provide creative input on projects.
• Maintain a library of approved iconography and refine media products and presentations to ensure a uniform identity across all materials.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Portfolio website or PDF samples of your work.
• Design proficiency in Figma.

• Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working independently and managing your own time to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Keynote.

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

• Minimal travel.
• Reliable internet access required for remote work.

This internship is primarily remote. If located near a Workiva office hub, hybrid work is welcome.

Start Dates

• Spring 2027 Internships: Monday, January 4, 2027 (15–20 hours per week max).
• Summer 2027 Internships: Monday, May 17, 2027 (40 hours per week max).

Pay

Salary range in the US: $22.00 per hour.
