About the internship

This internship takes place in the Spring semester, typically beginning in early January and ending May/June. EveryMind is seeking an intern to support our Operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions within our organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about asset management, office logistics, and facilities support while contributing to EveryMind’s mission of mental health advocacy and community support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Asset Management: Assist in updating and maintaining our asset management software to keep accurate records of company resources. Help track equipment and assets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Onboarding and Office Coordination: Organize and print onboarding packets for new employees to support a smooth start for new team members. Help manage office supplies by regularly checking and updating inventory to meet organizational needs.
  • Data Management: Assist in receiving and recording technology forms, ensuring data is accurately uploaded into relevant systems. Support electronic and physical documentation of company assets and resource usage.
  • Facilities and Workspace Support: Provide assistance in coordinating office logistics, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Assist with facilities organization, ensuring a welcoming and functional office environment.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with asset management software is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity when handling organizational resources
