Description: Mahomet-Seymour High School is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Spring Musical Co-Sponsor for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will work in a highly collaborative, solution-oriented environment with the Drama Club Sponsor and Musical Co-Director, in order to put students in the best possible position to succeed and have a positive and successful musical experience. Responsibilities Mentoring and oversight of all stage, construction, lighting and sound crew, including a student Stage Manager.Collaboration with the other co-director in the conduct of the audition, casting and production processes.Planning, supervision and direction of nightly rehearsals.Planning, supervision and direction of all work days.Other duties as required or deemed necessary Qualifications Strong musical theatre performance and production knowledgeAbility to collaborate effectively with students staff and production personnelStrong organizational communication and leadership skills Salary: The total stipend of 8% for this position is being split equally between Co-Director 1 and Co-Director 2, with each receiving an even 4% of the 2026-2027 first year teacher salary, which is $44,484 ($1,779.36).
