About the role

This full-time remote internship is designed for individuals interested in media, communications, and organizational support. Interns will assist teams and leaders with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and basic clerical support to ensure smooth operations. The role offers practical experience in professional communication, remote collaboration tools, and administrative best practices within a modern media organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries and appointments
  • Organize virtual meetings
  • Maintain records and handle internal communication in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with staff across departments and contribute to project coordination
  • Support executive and team needs while gaining exposure to a dynamic media environment

Qualifications

  • Strong personal assistance and executive administrative assistance skills, including organizing tasks and supporting leaders or teams
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively in a remote environment
  • Solid diary management skills, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment tracking
  • Reliable clerical skills, such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and basic record keeping
  • Proficiency with office and collaboration software (e.g., email, calendars, video conferencing)
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant program (e.g., Communications, Media, Business Administration, or related fields) is preferred but not required.
