Spring Girls Crew Sport Aide

Responsibilities

• Coaching Varsity and Junior Varsity Teams
• Maintain attendance and academic records for student athletes
• Assist with tryouts for both teams
• Scout opponents for the Varsity team
• Support Coaches in running a successful athletic program

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• Previous successful playing and/or coaching experience
• CPR/AED & First Aid Certification
• Online Concussion Education Certification
• Online Implicit Bias Education Certification
• Fulfillment of MIAA Coaches Education Requirements and state requirements
• Completed CORI Form and fingerprinting background check

Pay

Payments are submitted to the payroll office twice per season - 1st payment in the middle of the season and the 2nd payment at the end of the season.

July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026
