Spring 2027 Management Trainee Sales Internship - Downtown Seattle

About the role

Enterprise’s Management Internship is a paid, part-time program designed for university/college students who want to build real-world business and leadership skills. From day one you’ll tackle the same challenges as first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, learning what it takes to run a successful business while earning marketable management experience. This role is located in the Seattle, WA area, including Downtown Seattle, University District, and Ballard.

Pay

Hourly compensation is $21.30 per hour.

Schedule

The internship runs 25 hours per week for 12 weeks, with two non-negotiable start-date options that accommodate your class schedule:

• January 6, 2027 – March 26, 2027
• March 29, 2027 – June 11, 2027

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles and assist with customer service
• Develop and execute marketing strategies
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition
• Earn performance incentives and employee referral rewards where eligible

Qualifications

• Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program, on track to graduate Spring 2027
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
• Ability to work 25 hours per week for a 12-week commitment starting January 6, 2027 or March 29, 2027
• Attending a college or university in Washington state
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with no more than two civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
