Spring 2027 Management Trainee Intern- Montpelier, VT and White River Junction, VT

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Interns take on the same challenges as first‑ and second‑year full‑time professionals in a team‑based environment, with peers supporting your learning, growth, and fun. This temporary part‑time position is available at Enterprise locations in White River Junction, VT (60 Jasmin Ln) and Montpelier, VT (1246 US Rt 302).

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Provide customer service and support.
• Develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects.
• Engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, graduating May or June 2027.
• Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license (operating a motor vehicle is essential).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours.
• Reside within a reasonable commute (≤ 1 hour) to the chosen location.
• At least three months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.

Pay

$18.50 per hour.

Schedule

15–25 hours per week, approximately January 20 2027 – April 17 2027, within Enterprise’s normal business hours.
