As an Engineering Co-Op, you’ll support all functional areas of our Engineering Team at our Birmingham campus, with a primary focus on Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI). You’ll rotate through all three Engineering Departments—Manufacturing, Quality, and Design—gaining hands-on experience and making a real impact on the products we build. What You’ll Do Participate in RCI events and engineering projects across multiple departmentsCollaborate with engineers and technicians to improve processes and product qualityContribute to real-world solutions that directly support our production teamsGain exposure to Altec’s custom manufacturing environment and engineering systems Basic Qualifications Enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university and in good academic standingLegally authorized to work in the United StatesAt least 18 years of ageCompleted a minimum of 24 credit hours or hold sophomore standingMinimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale Why Altec?
