Spray Technician Entry Level -1022

Pay

• $18 to $24 per hour based on experience
• $45,000 to $60,000 per year
• Weekly pay
• Performance bonuses

Schedule

• Full time, year round work
• Monday through Friday
• 6:45 AM start
• Weekends off

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and lawn treatments safely and accurately
• Diagnose weeds, turf issues, insects, and disease
• Educate customers and answer basic lawn care questions
• Operate and maintain spray equipment
• Run your route efficiently and professionally
• Track work and notes using mobile software

Requirements

• Lawn care or outdoor work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (minimum of 3 years) with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and team first mindset
• Self motivated and goal oriented
• Background check
