The Spray Technician is responsible for applying chemicals as directed.

Possesses an awareness of and commits to chemical safety practices.

Follows assigned tasks and instructions accurately.
Education and Experience
- Has or can obtain a Qualified Agricultural Laborer (QAL) certification.
- Basic knowledge of plant material.
- Able to communicate in English and Spanish – both orally and in writing.
Physical Demands and Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Continuous bending, stooping, and twisting throughout the day.
- Work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks, 5 days a week (some overtime and weekend work required).
- Ability to work in extreme conditions including temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Work in direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Work in situations near direct automotive traffic and natural bodies of water.
- Work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Work in direct sunlight for extended periods.
