Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, or priming.
- Mix paints, coatings, and materials according to specifications and product requirements.
- Operate spray guns, booths, and related painting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply paint or coatings evenly to achieve a high-quality, durable finish.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and paint booths.
- Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and ventilation systems.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of paints, chemicals, and hazardous materials.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and jobs completed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
