Spray Foam Installer

About the role

As an installer at TruTeam, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that reflects our values of integrity and innovation by delivering solutions that make a difference in the communities we serve. You’ll install company products according to work orders, manufacturer guidelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and any other products sold by the company.

Responsibilities

• Review your daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all required product(s), tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Carry out any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Local travel to job sites daily; occasional out-of-town travel as required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

Pay

Compensation range: $13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also include variable compensation.
