About the Role

Miller Industries is seeking a Spray Foam Installer to join our team on the 1st Shift at our North Park Location in Fenton, MI. The schedule is 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime as required on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install spray polyurethane foam insulation in industrial air handling units and related products.
• Prepare work areas and equipment before application, including checking units for blocking needs and inspecting the spray foam machine for oil, belts, and obstructions.
• Operate spray foam equipment safely and accurately, including spray guns, hoses, and injection equipment used to apply insulation.
• Wear required respirator and personal protective equipment while spraying and working around insulation materials.
• Operate a scissor lift as needed to access work areas.
• Carry and control spray foam hoses up to 150 feet long and weighing up to 56 lbs. during application.
• Check foam density in wall areas and verify work meets quality, safety, and building code standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED and 1 year of experience performing spray foam installation preferred.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and/or with a crew.
• Ability to work safely in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to wear a respirator as required for extended periods of time.

Schedule
