Essential Responsibilities

• Safely move trailers, materials, and products between Revolution facilities and designated warehouse locations.
• Perform trailer spotting activities to support production and shipping operations.
• Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Operate trailer dollies and other equipment as required.
• Provide cross training and support for other Spot Drivers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Support plant operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED required.
• A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• A clean and insurable driving record required.
• A minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a driving a manual transmission truck required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English required.
• Ability to safely operate tractor trailers and trailer dollies required.
• A strong attention to safety, detail, and compliance requirements required.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly climb, bend, stoop, and enter and exit equipment required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis required.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and industrial environments required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift required.
