Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service that encourages repeat visits
- Adhere to all company and gaming control board rules and regulations
- Become familiar with betting options and engage customers in conversations about them
- Resolve customer disputes/complaints and escalate to a supervisor when needed
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
- Complete all necessary paperwork/documentation per company policy and gaming control board standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Must be able to lift, pull, or push 25 lbs.
- Must be able to write for extended periods of time
- Must be able to twist, bend, or reach without significant limitations
