About the role

Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, you will be the face of William Hill U.S.'s retail operation. Your primary responsibility is to provide high-level customer service to both regulars and "novice bettors," ensuring everyone feels welcomed at our sports books.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Help advise and answer customer questions about our sports betting options
• Ensure informed and responsible decisions are made by customers
