About the role

William Hill, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening in its retail sports book. This role is the face of our retail operation, providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors to ensure everyone feels welcome.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the public in a fast-paced work environment.
• Serve as an expert in our menu of sports betting options, advising and answering customer questions to help them make informed, responsible wagering decisions.

Reporting to the District Manager.
