Sportsbook Supervisor - Full Time (Strat)

About the role

Reporting to the District Manager, you will be the face of our retail operation. You will provide a high level of customer service to both regulars and "novice bettors" to ensure everyone feels welcome at our sports books. You will also help advise and answer customer questions to assist them in making informed, responsible decisions regarding their sports wagering.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, including both regulars and novice bettors.
• Ensure that all customers feel welcomed and comfortable at our sports books.
• Help advise and answer customer questions about our menu of sports betting options.
• Aid in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.

Requirements
