About the role
The Physical Therapist provides evidence-based therapy services to pediatric patients to support their development, recovery, and overall well-being. This role includes evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. The therapist works with children facing a variety of challenges, including physical, cognitive, and developmental impairments.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized outpatient care for children and teens with sports and orthopedic injuries
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitation and injury prevention
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
- Work with families and interdisciplinary teams to support patient development, recovery, and well-being
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in physical therapy
- Current Washington State license to practice as a physical therapist
- BLS certification
Preferred qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Experience in hospital-based pediatric physical therapy
Pay
$46.96 - $70.43 per hour
