What You'll Do
- Coach high-energy group training sessions for youth athletes and adults
- Deliver D1's performance-based programming with confidence and enthusiasm
- Assess movement quality and recognize faulty movement patterns
- Identify mobility limitations, previous injuries, or other factors affecting performance
- Modify workouts using appropriate regressions and progressions while maintaining the intent of the workout
- Coach proper technique for speed, agility, strength, power and conditioning
- Build strong relationships with athletes, parents and members
- Help create an energetic, team-focused culture where athletes thrive
What We're Looking For
We're seeking coaches who think beyond counting reps. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and athletic movement, with the ability to quickly assess and coach athletes of varying ages and abilities.
Preferred Backgrounds
- Exercise Science or Kinesiology
- Strength & Conditioning
- Athletic Training
- Physical Therapy or PT Student
- Personal Training
- Former collegiate or high-level athletes with coaching experience
- Industry certifications (CSCS, NSCA, NASM, ACSM, USAW, etc.) are highly preferred
