What You'll Be Doing
- Building and assembling athletic padding
- Painting and finishing products
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Operating a forklift
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assisting with shipping and production
- Traveling when needed to support projects
- Working independently
Experience and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Basic construction or fabrication knowledge
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in a physically demanding environment throughout the day
- Willingness to work Monday-Friday with overtime, weekends, and 8-12 hour shifts when needed
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
