Responsibilities
- Unload product from freight
- Tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for the sales floor or back stock
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display
- Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products
- Follow the Line Leader checklist, walk-through notes, and merchandising guides to prioritize shop needs
- Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement
- Maintain an orderly appearance with general cleaning and organization around the store and back stock
- Demonstrate organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team
- Exercise judgment and tact when working with all levels of the organization
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the leadership team and Merchandising Lead
- Work assigned schedule, which may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
- Very heavy work: exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50+ pounds frequently, and 20+ pounds constantly
- Follow all safety procedures to minimize risk of injury
