Sports Mat Production Associate (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality sport surface products while meeting daily production goals.
• Follow safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work in a team environment and be willing to work overtime or occasional weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Self‑starter able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (especially in non‑air‑conditioned buildings) is a plus.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift consistently for the entire shift.
• Capable of handling material up to 100 lb by rolling, lifting, or using a hand cart.

Skills, Knowledge and Conditions

• Read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems.
• Hand‑eye coordination necessary to operate machines and perform essential duties.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Willingness to be trained on repairs, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and the facility.

Pay

$16.50 per hour with bonus potential.

Schedule

4‑day workweek (40 hours) – Monday through Thursday, 3 PM start, average 10‑hour workdays.
