About the role
We are looking for a Sports & Entertainment Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. The Sports & Entertainment Coordinator will support the team by managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and additional S&E responsibilities (product placements, agency communications, calendar/team updates, ticketing/hospitality, etc.). This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, vendors, and partnership teams.
This position is based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL and requires up to 25% domestic travel.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, hospitality, finance, or administration.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and follow structured processes.
- Strong communication skills to work with vendors, internal teams, and external teams.
- Proactive and resourceful—able to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operations: S&E agency communications, calendar tracking, KPI tracking across S&E total portfolio.
- Assist with product and cooler orders.
- Assist with staffing and hospitality, including ticketing.
- Assist with overall partnership tasks, including marketing deliverables, internal communications, recaps, etc.
- Assist with monthly KPI reporting cadences.
- Brainstorm new S&E concepts to set ourselves apart from competitors.
- Finance / Billing: Assist with billing operations, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing aligns with budgets and timelines.
- Learn and apply Esker (billing/procurement system) with full training provided.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
