SPORTS ARENA WAREHOUSE ATTENDANT
About the role

As a Warehouse Attendant, you will help ensure products, supplies, and equipment are received, stored, organized, and distributed accurately throughout the Delta Center. From preparing event orders to maintaining clean and organized storage areas, your work directly supports our food and beverage operations and helps teams across the venue stay event-ready. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, organized, safety-focused, and comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced event environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Receive deliveries and inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and visible damage.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products according to established procedures.
- Properly store dry goods, refrigerated products, and frozen items in their designated areas.
- Pick, organize, and stage orders accurately for delivery or distribution throughout the venue.
- Rotate inventory using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
- Complete daily temperature checks for refrigerators, freezers and other cold-storage areas.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other approved material-handling equipment.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas, including refrigerators, freezers, storage spaces, and the loading dock.
- Sweep, clean, and remove waste and recyclable materials from warehouse work areas.
- Assist with receiving, deliveries, requisition building, event preparations, and inventory organization.
- Participate in monthly inventory counts immediately following the final event of the month.
- Follow all Levy, Delta Center, food-safety, sanitation, inventory-control, and workplace-safety procedures.
- Complete additional duties as assigned based on business and event needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Warehouse, inventory, receiving, stocking, or similar experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks with limited supervision.
- Basic knowledge of food-safety and workplace-safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory-related systems.
- Ability to work flexible event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and monthly inventory nights.
- Physical stamina and the ability to frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and move heavy products or supplies.
- Ability to work in refrigerated, frozen, and varying warehouse temperatures as needed.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must obtain valid Utah Food Handler Permit.
- Associates who are 21 years of age or older must obtain and maintain a valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate through ServSafe.
- Pallet jack and forklift certification are preferred but not required.

Pay
$17.00 (Under 21 yrs) — $21.00 (21+ yrs)
