Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead coverage of all sports news in the northern Illinois area
- Generate and tell local stories creatively
- Shoot video as required
- Engage in social media and provide online live updates
- Organize and manage sports coverage effectively
- Collaborate with a team of experienced anchors
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 1 year of MMJ (Multi-Media Journalist) experience, preferably in sports
- Extensive live experience needed
- Working knowledge of all social media platforms
- Strong writing and on-air delivery skills
- Quick and accurate decision-making ability
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
