About the role

Your local Bi-Mart is looking for a stellar individual to join the Sporting Goods & Automotive Sales Clerk team. We've been a part of the Northwest for over 70 years and are part of the neighborhood, serving generations of Northwest families with honest values.

Responsibilities

• Buys, promotes, and delivers a high degree of customer service
• Stocks and restocks merchandise
• Handles cash transactions, including age-restricted merchandise
• Provides excellent customer service to a variety of individuals
• Solves problems and offers solutions to customers

Requirements

• The ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
• The capability to arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude
• The ability to be precise, set priorities, and organize workload
• The talent to efficiently solve problems and offer solutions to customers

Qualifications

• Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons
• Knowledge and experience with camping and other outdoor hobbies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to handle cash transactions and age-restricted merchandise
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Experience with inventory management and restocking
• Knowledge of camping and outdoor hobbies

Bi-weekly / On-Demand

Schedule

Open 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday and 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday - Sunday. Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment.
