About the role

As an Animatiemedewerker, you are responsible for organizing and guiding sports and game activities for our guests at De Kleine Wolf. You focus on sportive and creative elements such as the Knutselclub, Color Runs, Silent Disco, and other sports and game activities. You work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the quality of activities and provide guests with an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and guide sports and game activities for guests
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve activity quality
• Contribute to the development of new games, activities, and events
• Represent our family-friendly environment directly with guests in a friendly atmosphere

Requirements

• Education and/or experience in sports, recreation, pedagogy, or education
• Active contributions to the development of new games, activities, and events
• High level of representativity as you interact closely with guests during a fun activity or on the way there
• Enthusiasm, resilience, and energetic personality to create a lively atmosphere

Qualifications

• Passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests
• Ability to work in a family-oriented environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours suitable for families and groups
