Responsibilities
- Lead the sport team through all marketing CODE gates, always remaining two steps ahead, with clear and accurate visibility to campaign readiness and milestone health.
- Support leadership with analysis and recommendations to resolve and/or elevate risks.
- Enable pathways for on-strategy and on-time delivery of all seasonal projects, ensuring the work meets Nike’s expectations for timeliness and brand standards.
- Lead the sport teams approach to collaboration with marketplace, functions, and creative through key seasonal and weekly sessions. Ensure strategic alignment to reduce creative waste.
- Manage the seasonal workflow for campaign & project portfolio. Drive accountability to ensure inputs are completed on time and are accurate in NABM Planning Base.
- Establish accountability for the overall sport budget, while implementing the processes and tools needed for marketing teams to manage project budgets.
- Partner with Sport leader to communicate strategic clarity and operational progress to NA and Global leadership.
