Responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and training to customers to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in sales, consulting, or customer success management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and French (other languages may be beneficial).

Qualifications

• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of ITSM and ITOM.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools.

Skills
