About the role

We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Sponsorship Operations Staff member with an entrepreneurial mindset to help steward and maintain sponsorship assets across our venue portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring sponsor activations are executed to the highest standard while protecting the integrity and value of sponsor investments.

Responsibilities

  • Event Setup & Activation Support
    • Assist with the setup and installation of sponsor activation areas throughout venue and festival grounds
    • Install branded assets including feather flags, banners, A-frame signage, railing signs, and promotional displays
    • Assemble and position sponsor activation structures, social units, tents, tables, and branded infrastructure
    • Assist with forklifts to transport activation materials, duradeck, and operational equipment safely across site
    • Place and secure activation materials using sandbags, stanchions, café barriers, and stabilization equipment as needed
    • Cook up placement of sponsor signage and branding according to approved site plans and activation layouts
    • Support setup of sponsor fast lanes, experiential activations, sponsor lounges, and street-level branding installations
    • Aid in moving staging materials and activation support equipment to designated areas
    • Ensure sponsor areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout event operations
    • Work collaboratively with sponsorship, operations, production, and vendor teams to execute sponsor deliverables on schedule
  • Event Breakdown & Load-Out
    • Assist with post-event breakdown and removal of sponsor activation assets and branded materials
    • Disassemble sponsor social units, branded displays, and activation structures following event close
    • Remove marquee lettering, dry equipment as needed, and properly pack activation assets for storage and transport
    • Aid in forklifts to relocate activation units, duradeck, and operational equipment safely
    • Disassemble feather flags, signage, and branded materials and return them to designated storage locations
    • Collect, organize, and store sandbags, bases, barriers, and related setup materials
    • Remove sponsor signage including stage signs, concert calendars, and venue branding installations
    • Relocate sponsor tents, tables, and activation furniture to designated storage or transport areas
    • Maintain clean and organized storage areas, docks, and operational spaces during load-out

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in live events, venue operations, sponsorship activation, production, or event setup preferred
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport heavy equipment and event materials safely
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow setup instructions and site maps
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts based on event schedules
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly during live event operations

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to frequently lift and move equipment weighing up, but not limited to, 50 pounds
  • Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other varying event conditions
  • Ability to safely use ladders, hand tools, and operational equipment as needed
