Sponsored Clearance Contingent Hire

About the Role

This position is designed for candidates who have been selected for a role requiring a security clearance they do not yet possess. Improvix will act as the sponsoring organization during the clearance process. The candidate will not begin billable work until the clearance is granted. This generic title is used to protect program details, maintain compliance with security protocols, and ensure consistent internal tracking. Once the candidate’s clearance is approved, the title will be updated to reflect their actual role and program assignment.

Responsibilities

During the clearance process, the candidate will:

• Complete all necessary security clearance documentation and requirements.
• Engage in pre-clearance training and orientation as required.
• Maintain communication with the security team and hiring manager regarding clearance status.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
• Willingness to adhere to all security protocols and procedures.
• Availability to complete necessary training and documentation during the clearance process.
