Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to support Tools and Infrastructure initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards that provide meaningful operational and analytical insights.
- Develop and optimize Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL) queries to support reporting, monitoring, and data analysis.
- Analyze data and support data processing activities to improve reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness.
- Gather and define customer requirements through direct interaction with stakeholders.
- Create polished, high-visibility customer deliverables and reporting solutions.
- Incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve dashboards, reports, and deliverables.
- Provide customer support and technical assistance related to Splunk dashboards and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable analytics solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Experience maintaining and supporting Splunk dashboards.
- Experience with data analysis and data processing.
- Advanced experience with front-end Splunk, including extensive knowledge of Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL).
- Experience defining requirements through customer interactions.
- Experience creating polished, high-visibility customer deliverables.
- Experience incorporating customer feedback into deliverables and reporting solutions.
- Experience working directly with customers to provide technical support and assistance.
- Experience with Linux/Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) version 8 and/or 9.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of front-end Splunk.
- Knowledge of COMSEC.
- Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
- Experience working with MongoDB.
