About the role
Responsible for leading agile development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement features
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure code quality
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Perform unit testing and integration testing
- Document project progress and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
