About the role

We are searching for Production Workers within our Production team to help support our foam carpet cushion business in Berwick, PA. The cushion under your carpet is vital to home comfort, providing luxurious support, enhanced carpet appearance, and longevity. As a Production Worker, your contributions will directly impact the business by ensuring your team has the materials needed to produce our products. The team you will be working with is diverse, hardworking, and values honesty and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Process materials for all stages of the production process
• Utilize tools and machines for the manufacturing of carpet cushion
• Follow job instructions and control plans during your work day

Requirements

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to operate within given timelines
• Multi-tasking ability
• Ability to lift, bend, rotate, and stand throughout your shift

Skills

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
