Responsibilities Position Responsibilities: Level A Possess the skills/knowledge to perform in one or more of the following classifications: Metals Mechanical, Process Mechanic, Machine Mechanic and Tooling TechnicianAbility to use multiple Coordinate Measuring Systems for inspection functionExperience working with Quality Management System Policies and ProceduresWorking knowledge of Company Policies, Procedures and SpecificationsOverall working knowledge of production processesAssist in training as applicable to job rolesAbility to investigate and document Root Cause analysis and Corrective action (non-disciplinary)Determine and submit test and investigation statementsPerform process and hardware audits and surveillances Qualifications Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): All applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks. Majority of new hires will be hired on 2nd shift.This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).Special Program Access (for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship). Summary Pay Range: $27.55/hour, with potential to earn up to $45.04/hour in accordance with the terms of the relevant collective bargaining agreement.
