Spine Sales Associate (Dallas, TX)

Responsibilities

• Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants
• Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure
• Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts
• Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service
• Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience
• High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience
• 4+ years of military service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team
• Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule

Pay

The typical pay range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.

Schedule

On-call schedule required.
