Responsibilities

• Lead engaging Spin/Cycle classes that motivate and entertain participants
• Ensure class safety and adherence to equipment guidelines
• Adapt to various teaching styles and formats
• Build a positive and inclusive community among members
• Participate in in-house training programs and certifications

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and contagious energy
• Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills
• Willingness to adapt to different teaching methods
• Reliable and organized
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in fitness instruction is preferred, but training will be provided

Qualifications

• CPR certified
• Spin/Cycle certified (certification will be provided)

Pay

$25-$30/hr, with future increase opportunities dependent on tenure, teaching formats, and schedule availability
