Responsibilities
- Selling & Execution
- Estimated Time: 50%
- Capitalize on sales opportunities within the top 40 on-premise accts and top 50 off-premise accounts.
- Prioritize accounts based on potential and strategic importance.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to drive distribution & displays in all key accounts.
- Monitor competitive activity, pricing, and market trends.
- Utilize business math to support sales proposals and justify pricing.
- Merchandising Execution
- Estimated Time: 30%
- Ensure SpikedAde’s brand standards are met at the point of sale.
- Secure optimal product placement in bars, restaurants, clubs, retail stores, and supermarkets.
- Execute high-impact displays and promotional materials.
- Leverage POS to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Identify cross-merchandising opportunities with complementary products.
- Adapt merchandising strategies to venue-specific traffic and consumer behavior.
- Planning & Analysis
- Estimated Time: 10%
- Develop and maintain territory and call plans aligned with sales goals.
- Submit accurate and timely reports on territory performance and account activity.
- Manage a master route of accounts, delivery schedules, and key contacts.
- Align daily call plans with promotional and distribution objectives.
- Keep an organized "Go Book" with account details, pricing, and program history.
- Administration & Measurement
- Estimated Time: 10%
- Complete all required documentation and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Document call objectives and follow-up actions.
- Use sales tools to plan routes, track programs, and measure results.
- Maintain professional appearance and organized sales vehicle.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience calling on on-premise and off-premise accounts (CPG or beverage alcohol preferred).
- Experience working with distributors strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and budget management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
