Therapy Team Leader Role Seeking a licensed clinician to lead and provide hands-on patient care in a dynamic rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Include conducting patient evaluations, developing therapy plans, supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians, administering and monitoring therapy, supporting staff development, coordinating team activities, and driving quality improvements. Qualifications Require a current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP, a minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience, and BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days).
