Speech Therapists - Honolulu (Flexible Schedule)

Aloha - compassionate care, Kuleana - accountability and pride in our work, Treating every patient like ohana. We are a growing, Honolulu-based Medicare-certified Home Health agency serving patients across all of Oahu.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech therapy services for home health patients
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Address swallowing disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, speech/language impairments
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and case managers
• Maintain accurate documentation in a Medicare home health setting

Requirements

• Current Hawaii license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• 1+ year clinical experience (home health experience a plus)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Pay

Competitive per-visit compensation ($80.00 per visit)
