Speech Therapist – Travel/Local Contract

Job Overview

Provide speech-language pathology services in SNF setting
Evaluate and treat swallowing, speech, and communication disorders
Develop individualized therapy plans
Document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team
Support resident functional recovery and quality of life

Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (NM or eligible)
• SNF experience REQUIRED
• Prior rehab or geriatric experience preferred
• Ability to manage full caseload in skilled nursing setting
• Travel assignment readiness
