About the Role

FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Mandarin-speaking Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages as an Independent Contractor in Monterey Park and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes in condition.
• Determine and implement the plan of care.

Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license issued by the state board of Physical Therapy (conditional, provisional, or restricted licenses will not be accepted; limited permits are not accepted).
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Bilingual (Mandarin) is a plus.
