Speech Therapist (SLP)

About the role

The Center at Park West is seeking a full-time Speech Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. We are also open to considering a Speech Therapist Clinical Fellow. Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document progress and communicate with families and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Speech Therapy
• Current and active Colorado State license in Speech Therapy
• Current CPR Certification
• Pass a background and drug screening
• Two years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility or related setting preferred

Qualifications

• Knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Pay

Bonus available for full-time candidates paid out across a year, reaching full time hours worked levels.
