What You’ll Do

• Complete initial speech therapy evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine level of functioning.
• Diagnose, administer, and interpret speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in assigned participants utilizing a variety of tests.
• Develop a treatment plan for assigned participants in consultation with the physician and other care team members.
• Coordinate services in consultation with the interdisciplinary team.

What We’re Looking For

• Requires licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan.
• Prefer at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks comfortably while staying organized and professional.
• Work well autonomously as well as within a team setting.
