Job Description
Plans, implements, renders and evaluates speech therapy services in the Home Care setting using professionally approved assessment and therapeutic skills and modalities in accordance with the scope of practice for a Speech Language Pathologist in New York State.
Education And Credentials
Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Current licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist in NYS.
Valid NYS drivers license.
Verbal ability necessary to communicate with patients and others.
Written communication abilities, to be able to prepare accurate, concise and meaningful reports.
Able to delegate to Home Health Aides.
Experience
One (1) year experience required in specialty.
